PART ONE began painting at the age of 11, from Spanish Harlem, he embarked on the adventure of the New York subway in 1974. He then alternated between bubble style and mechanical style until 1976 to finally invent his own style that he himself calls “mechanical swirl”. Thanks to the book “Subway art”, this style became that of the first wave of European graffiti artists.

The artist defines itself as an expressionist aerosol. he was also the president of the very famous “death squad” in new york in the 70s. It was the time when artists had to be part of a gang and when it was not allowed to paint on a wall. ‘an area controlled by another gang.
